Refund policy

We want you to love your Noted notebook. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to return Email us at hello@notedstationeryco.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with our returns address.

Return postage Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund parcels that don't reach us. If an item isn't returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged or faulty items If something arrives damaged or isn't right, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

Refunds Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded if you return your whole order.

Exceptions Gift cards can’t be returned unless faulty.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
